Kingston, N.Y. mayor James Sottile sued blogger Clark Richters for an entry on his Ulster County Politics blog (ulstercounty.blogspot.com) alleging that “Mayor Sottile to be indicted for Bid Rigging” in relation to the demolition of a municipal parking garage.
