became unsatisfied with his interactions with the dentist and posted
critical online reviews to Yelp, DoctorBase and other websites.
Apparently unhappy with the reviews, the dentist invoked the Mutual
Agreement to Maintain Privacy and claimed copyright ownership over those
reviews.
